    Neon tetras are aggressive?

    I just got some new Neon Tetras this week. I got 3 of them 2 days ago and another 5 yesterday. Yesterday, they were schooling together all nicely.     is this normal? i went to petco and saw some adf in a tank with either neon tetras or white clown minnows. cant really remember. anyway, there were like 3-5 frogs and a bunch a fish. the weird thing is, there were like 3 or 4 fish on the floor dead with like a GIANT chunk missing on it's stomach...
