    How do I cook a turkey all the way through?

    I always end up with the inside bloody, even if the thigh reading is > 180 F, while the outside slowly burns. This is the way whether I deep fry or smoke or even convection oven. What am I doing wrong? They are alive when I have sex with them. Seriously though, anyone have a real answer?
