I have the 16GB... Could I record like a 10 minute video or no? to put on youtube? how long will it record?

The pics arent very clear, but the skirt is navy with white polka dots in case you cant tell. I need the top to be kinda warm, its cold wear I live but not like frezzing, just long sleeve or sweater, etc. And certaintly not sandals, etc. Winter stuff please :) Links to tops and shoes please :)...
