Hi I have an Ipad an an Iphone, but I'm new to all this. I bought two apps on my ipad store and I would like to transfer them to my iphone too. Can I download them again from the appstore or will I be charged ? what do I need to do ? use Itunes ? how ?

I have a picture on my iphone that I would like to share, I sent it by email but it never arrived in my inbox. Tried numerous times with different email addresses. Anybody has the same problem (I used the smallest size available) ? Is there a setting I should use ?
