    How to eat after a night of no sleep?

    Should you still eat breakfast after a night of about 3 hours of sleep? Or will the calories count for the day before?

    Took ritalin, lack desire to eat?

    I took two pills of ritalin in school at about 2:00, it's now 6:43 and I still lack the desire to eat... still feeling weird. I did feel like I was at the top of the world, now I just feel... low. I only had about 700 calories today and I don't even feel like eating... Idk what to do.
