    I'm 18 and get an extremely sharp pain in my spinal cord?

    Right in the middle of my back, I can tell it's my backbone/spinal cord. It's a searing pain that'll last for a few abrupt seconds, and hurts the most when I breathe in. Then it'll go away for a while and come back again later. What could this be?
