I completed the first arc and i got 2 ninjutsu scrolls.
now i have 2 ninjutsu in my usable ninjutsu section of the naruto notebook(in the pause menu).
so how do i use these jutsu?
is it in master battle or free battle?
Does anyone know how the tacitus came to be on earth?
Did aliens bring it?
I searched a lot of sites but they just say that 'the tacitus is an alien object that contains vital information about tiberium and such'.
