    what the name of a dance song from the 90's that goes...?

    "what's up what's up what's up what's up what's up, ladies!" and then it repeat itself and then it says "fellas!". and it's like girls and guys repeating this thoruhgt out the song. i know that it;s also a popular cheer song but i just can't remeber the name of it or who is it by.
