so i have a pretty crapy almost broken phone.I want a new one.But im still on a contract and i want a windows phone.Already have a data plan an txt and talk but would i be able to just buy the phone or would i pay extra for the fact that i already have a contract?

Is it true that they give off heat,light,and uvb?If so where can i get them online for the cheapest.I still need a basking light right?and will i need a hood container? I am getting a bearded dragon.soon hopefully.
