    Does Sprint have some sort of system where they flag your account?

    I'm wondering that when you call Sprint several times about an issue that they will not resolve, if they flag your account as "don't help this person" or something. Some sort of note that they can read after they authorize your account telling them that you're a high alert caller or something...
