Kinda getting sick Of the overall look of my Htc phone theme. app Icons ect. Is there and app(free would be best) that I could use to give some life to my phone !

I have an 8g mem. card installed in my htc desire but for some reason it says when I add new apps that its out of mem and and cant install unless i delete others, when theres 5gigs left on the card. How do i fix this

im wanting to send some contacts to a htc desire to a htc desire but cant figure it out ? when I connect to the phone it says paired but not connected ? any help
