    Can I install programs in Safe Mode?

    If not, how can I? I want to install My ATI drivers in Safe Mode, for they don't seem to be compatable with Windows 7. Remember, my question is if i can install programs in safe mode, nothing about the Drivers. But If you do know something about my problem I would love to hear your opinion :)...
