    Will I DEFINITELY lose weight eating 1200 calories/day and exercising 30-60 minutes?

    I feel like it won't really work for me. I am 5'2" and I weigh 160 pounds; I would like to lose 40 lbs. For whatever reason, I just don't think it will work. I need some motivation to start it and stick with it until all the weight is gone. I'm scared it won't work even it I follow I diet...
