    Ipod wont boot up? goes to the apple screen then gives me the sad ipod icon?

    Yeah, it tells me to go to the ipod support page, none of that worked, any ideas of whats going on? But when it is plugged in it tells me that it has very low battery please wait...but it doesnt even seem like it is charging its the black one with the silver back, i think it is called an ipod...
