    I get SSD, my divorce decree states full joint custody no primary caregiver

    and the X and I are barred from? seeking any type of support from the other! I received a paper saying my income had increased by $500. Somehow my X got SS for our son off of me and I was not even asked.....Should I get an attorney or take it to the local SS office This I cant think is legal? HELP
