i had a similar experience.. i developed flu-like symptoms 2 weeks after taking bactrim, so i have no idea if it's related but it makes me suspicious. i'm still getting over a fever, etc. hopefully i get better soon! and until then, i will off bactrim.

to subpoenas, etc? Is there an authorative text? Not so much a standard form book, but a thoughtful guide on best-practices?
