    Is Alltel still going to have prepaid?

    Alltel is merging with AT&T. Does anyone know if they'll keep the Alltel prepaid plans? I really like paying less than $30 a month for my plan. Also, if it happens that I am able to switch over with my plan do I get a new phone? What will change for me?
