So I started working out again... When I went to do my squat part of my workout though I was really getting into it, but.. I noticed when I did a diglett popping out of my rear every time I went down into my squat. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to evolve it?

...sim card from another country? My dad recently got this phone. He is planning on taking a vacation to Colombia and he has a sim card there. My question is: Can he just insert the colombian sim card and use his Blackberry Bold in Colombia?
