    Why will my 1989 cadillac deville not start?

    Headlights blink when ignition key turned. Has new battery. Engine doesn't turn over.

    Clock in my 1996 Cadillac Concours sometimes reads correctly, but sometimes

    it reads 12:00 AM. Why? I've been told the BCM is bad. How much effort is there to replacing the BCM? If I purchased a replacement, could I do it myself? How much is a new one? I found a used one supposedly in excellent condition from a used parts dealer. Is it worth a try?

    sprinting for muscle?

    if i only sprint once a week will i still build muscle. i can only squeeze once a week in my schedule
