2003 Chevy Malibu LS making noise while turning?
Is this because of the struts or something else? I know their is a service bulletin on it (NHTSA Item Number : 10011819). I am planning on replacing the struts on her so i don;t know if that'll correct the problem. And BTW, if their is a service bulletin does that mean that the dealer will fix...
