    Resetting T-mobile Tap?

    I have a T-mobile Tap and in my sent box it is saying i have 2 messages and when i check the sent box nothing is in there and i wanted to know if i reset my phone will that go away also if i save my text messages to my sim card will they really save please help if you know the answer
