    In any gun wound related death, where there were no witnesses,do they?

    always rule the means of the death(whether by homicide ,or suicide, by the forensic evidence first?Does the Medical Examiner have final ruling as to whether, or not, its investigated as a homicide, or a suicide? What if there are two sets of fingerprints on the gun?
