    Some guy I know reckons he ran 4.8 km in 10 mins 50 seconds!? Is this a new record? Especially since he never trains, this time seems abit insanely fast to me, especially seeing as I can only run 4km in 20 minutes. So what do you reckon, am I just very slow or is he the king of BS
