    why is Linsay lohan whining about going to jail, when she knows she's gonna get like

    I really think she is afraid of being without cigarettes and drugs more than anything. She smokes like 2 packs a day, and now she won't have any at all; I'm not a smoker, but I would bet that's a big part of her fear.
