    Do you apply first to the University or to the Financial Aid?

    Financial aid...that one takes longer to process, especially compared to a community college. You can really do either one at any time but that would be my recommendation. Good luck!

    Ice Sculptures.......?

    The decision is ultimately yours, but personally I have never liked them. However, wedding ice sculptures always remind me of that part in "My Best Friend's Wedding," so it makes me laugh. Congrats and good luck!
