    Can I lose weight, doing sprints and yoga?

    I am gonna do sprints every other day, and yoga everyday. Everything done in the morning. On the days I sprint I will be doing yoga in the afternoon. Im about 175 lbs. 5' 10"; I'm gonna be starting off slow so yea. Any suggestions? Also, Can I lose this weight fast?

    CSU LA Financial Help!?

    I will be attending CSU LA next year as a first time freshmen, and I have no clue as to how I'm going to pay the tuition. I done the fafsa, and they are helping with $1,551, but that's not enough, what else can I do to survive. By the way, I will be moving away from home to attend this school.
