Okay I asked a question about cycling with a fish (Yes i know it was dumb) I'm a new fish owner and I do feel terrible. So my question is this... Is it better to let the tank cycle and keep my betta in a bowl with daily water changes (100% ?) or should I keep him in tank and do daily 30% Water...
