how do i find my bluetooth software? I have looked in programs but can not find it. I didnt download anything, but i think i should have it installed on this laptop anyway! Please help? id like to use the bluetooth but dont know how to switch it on gggrrr

im a little rusty on my laptop, i have a blootooth symbol at the top of my laptop but i cannot find anything on my laptop how to switch on my bluetooth on it!!! do i even have bluetooth on it installed???
