    one time wont hurt unless you go WAY overboard and eat EVERYTHING! lol... I'm sure there must be some healthy options there? vegetable soups, noodles, shrimp, chicken or beef would all be pretty healthy options. Avoid the foods that are deep fried and covered in sticky sauces. have fun :D
