How should I introduce my cat to the great outdoors?

I would not let him out unless you supervise him outside. Either train to a harness/leash or build/buy an enclosed cat enclosure so he can sit in safety. Keep in mind that when outside he will pick up fleas and ticks. My cats are 100% inside cats and like sitting in the windows, but I don't...

    how can i mate puppies?

Puppies should not breed. Dogs that are at least 2 yrs old, have a championship title, been tested for all genetic problems in the breed..........those are the dogs that SHOULD be bred. Plan on spay/neuter your puppies at 5 months old.

Our cat had kittens outdoors but we can't find the kittens? Are they...

WHY would you not spay her the first time around after losing kittens? Please take her in NOW and spay her immediately. More then likely these kittens are dead too or will be soon. NEVER let a pregnant cat remain outside to give birth if you really care about them.

My chihuahua is producing milk and her rib have not really spread?

Then you'd better be prepared to have a c-section to deliver puppies ($1,500+) - almost all small/toy breeds will need them because their bodies are too small to deliver without problems. I would strong suggest you get her spayed (if she survives the pregnancy/birth) - she never should have...
