its a either a 02 or 03 toyota corolla. i replaced the starter on it, and now that red security light by the steering wheel is not blinking. did it have to do with the battery being disconnected. if so, is there any way of resetting it? to clarify, the light is on, solid on. it hasn't blinked since.

I have replaced the top part of my left engine it starts, runs in neutral but when in the water and in gear it has no power. This is the second time in 3 years we have replaced this same engine. Any one have any suggestions or help for me?
