    I got this tv from my friend and they didn't give me a remote so I had to buy a Philips Universal Remote.     What would happen with bio-remediation in storm-water at the surface with oxygen...

    ...and carbon dioxide? What effect would introducing the bacteria from bio-remediation in the stormwater slick in the surface water have on O2 and CO2 concentrations? Thank you very much!
