    Question about Gym Schedule + Training Muscle Groups?

    really why cant you do all the muscle groups in one day, if your lifting enough weight on yourself its 4 -5 sets on every muscle, and your only doing 4 muscles , so like 20 sets the most. thats like 20 minutes the most.

    i wouldnt really, when you go back to weight training it will hurt a lot more, but if its cardio i guess it wouldnt hurt , just stay in shape

    yes but dont eat it everyday because if its a big omelet it could have 3 egg yolks in it, thats 180% cholestrol, and 100% is considered the most you should have, ask your mom if its egg beaters packaged fake yolk of if its real yolk
