    So was going to get the Samsung Rogue but the only choices I could do is buy it full price, like 400 dollars, or buy a CPO Samsung Rogue. CPO is Certified Pre-Owned. So I guess a CPO phone is like refurbished. I am ordering today at 9 am so I just want to know the risks of getting a refurbished...
