Personally, i think Chrono Crusade was the saddest one. I've seen alot of sad anime, but i don't think i've watched anything that can come close to topping this one. This includes Elfen Lied :P hahaha.

You can watch it on anything, really. You just have to find the right website. I THINK there is an app somewhere that lets you watch SOME, but im not entirely sure. yeah, you can watch it, but you have to find the websites to watch them. regular websites i go on (mostly just on my computer)...
