    How can I retrieve my contacts from a T-Mobile Shadow?

    One day, the screen on my T-Mobile HTC Shadow turned white and began to bleed. I need to be able to save my contacts to my SIM Card so that I can put them on another phone. Can anyone walk me through the screens so that I can do this? Someone who has a Shadow or knows them well....PLEASE!!!!!
