I really am tired of the lame ringers they give on the phone. i wanna change it to one of the songs i like but i really cant figure it out at all. Dose anyone know how to do it?

I bought a used sidekick and the people who had it before me listen to a lot of gangster gangster music and im not really into it. an i really want the room for some new ringers but i cant delete them :( Can some one please help me out with his question? Thanks, Sarah :)
