It depends if the phone or the sim card is locked. If the phone is locked then you need to ask the person you got it from, but if its the card you have to contact the service provider.- APC

Samsung 350 TV signal awful compared to standalone freeview box?
Got this new TV today, replacing an analogue TV used with a freeview box. Connected it to the aeriel, same as I did with the freeview box. Went through the first setup bit and it found a few channels but not any BBC channels or ITV or C4. Bound to be missing loads more though. Ran the auto-setup...
