    Can't figure out hanging indents on my new Dell computer, loaded with Windows XP.?

    I used to be able to do this on an earlier computer, but this new XP is too much for a 67-year-old lady! Any help will be appreciated. I've figured out how to get the ruler to display, but I'm stumped at the "directions" provided by Word Help.
