    Can I sue my car insurance for not paying my court bills on time and giving...

    ...me a false CCJ? They have admitted this and I have a letter stating it was their fault, however the CCJ is on my record and I have never ever been in debt in my life!!! Can I sue them as it causes me distress and embarrassment?
