    why can't i talk to people?

    it's hard for me to talk to people because nothing comes to mind but i do know how to talk on the internet or texting i'm just not goo with words with the writting i can fix my mistakes, but on the spot i get nervous and my brain goes to sleep saying what ever it wants how can i fix this problem
