I keep getting applications trying to run on my computer. I keep being asked if I want to allow or not allow and I keep saying do not allow, and then go to the folder where they are located and delete the application, but they keep coming up. I find the applications in the following paths...

A lot of job applications are being set up on PDF format, but they are not set up for people to type the information in the area. They have to be printed out and the information hand written. What programs can I use to open these up and enter this information and save it? Thank you
