    If i buy a game off xbox live market place do i immedietly get it?

    Well, i want to input my father's credit card (yes im fifteen without a credit card, big whoop XD) into the XBL system and buy a game, in my case, Fallout 3. do i install it immediately to my system or do i have to wait a few days by mail? This confuses me.
