    1985 Honda Magna VF700?

    Just bought a Honda Magna VF700 and after it sits overnight it does not want to start. The guy I bought it from showed me a tube (or something like a tube) near the front forks behind the headlight. He said to put about 2 tablespoons of gas into this and once the bike starts to run it around...
