i want a SAMSUNG moment phone.. im really bored with the rumor 2..the screen on the rumor 2 also has some scratches on it but only a couple. if i take it up to a local sprint store can i replace it with a SAMSUNG moment and pay like a 50 to 100 dollar fee. that's all im willing to pay.

my lg rumor 2 ring tones are very long when i play them. but when a message is sent it only plays like 15 seconds of a 40 second ring tone. why does it do this. i want to hear the entire ring tone sometime. can i change this in settings or something?
