    i can't install application to iPhone 3GS 3.1.3, because application is not

    billed to my apple ID. Help PLZ!? i copied from my friend. He said that he installed all this apps from another person. I tried to install it but, at the end of the process it said cannot install ......... Please help me SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!!!
