    My HTC Touch Diamond Cell Phone seems to have intermittent power and will

    turn itself off 1-2 times daily..? Is there any steps I can take to fixing this problem myself? By doing a google seach is seems like I might be able to perform a soft reset. How can I do this without loosing my contacts? Also my provider is Bell Mobility.
