    Are boxing gyms usually open on Sat and Sun?

    It's currently Saturday, 8am where I live. I'm very interested in boxing, but would like to go 6-7 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday. Does anyone who has experience at boxing gyms know if they're usually open on the weekends?

    Do boxing gyms usually have exercise equipment?

    I would love to start boxing as well as working out with weights, jump ropes, etc. I'm pretty sure that boxing gyms usually have jump ropes, but do they have dumbbells, barbells, and benches as well?
