    fattening thing on an indian menu? I'd normally gat a lamb balti, and a balti sauce is mainly tomato based but ive no idea how many calouries are in a portion. has anyone looked into this? it would do me really good to know because i'm supposed to go for a curry tonight and ive done really well...
