icon popped up on the top of the screen and is not in the icon guide. I want to know what it is and how to get rid of it. It looks like a miniature web browser icon, has a 1 next to it, and is yellow.

I bake my veggies in the oven by putting them in a glass pan and putting extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper on it. My friend told me that that kind of oil is not good to cook with because it turns rancid. Is there another type of healthy not bad for you oil that I should use?
